Junior Executive Procurement

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Identify the Reorder Level, Buffer stock, Order QTY of respective inventory item.
• Responsible to raise the purchase orders, GRN and Goods transfers as per the organization requirement.
• Follow up the suppliers until raise the GRN.
• Coordinate with subcontracts location, follow up the production plan and production plan deviation.
• Responsible system transaction in between subcontract location, data processing, BOM running, materials transferring and finished goods transfer.
• Ensure the subcontract location stock accuracy.
• Maintaining the inventory details.
• Follow up the materials transfer in between location and ensure the timely materials availability for uninterrupted production.
• Check and verified supplier invoices and forward to Accounts Department.
• Liaise with 3PL warehouse for inbound good receiving.
• Demand planning for the respective products.

THE INDIVIDUAL

• Bachelor’s degree or High national diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
