Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a strategic procurement plan for Grip Delmege, projects and Grip Nordic the factory plan that is inventive and cost-effective.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure beneficial terms.
• Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and supliers.
• Approving the purchase orders, organizing, and confirming delivery of goods and services on time to ensure in-time production.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Preparing necessary as under procurement reports as required by the Management.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Full fill the production requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or High national diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 year’s experience in engineering procurement or construction procurement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
