Job Responsibility
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, contracts, and other related documents.
- Responsible in conducting routine HR audits.
- Collating & sharing payroll details with the payroll team monthly basis.
- Issuing confirmation letters and all letters related to employee life cycle changes to the entire group of employees.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their department’s HR needs and align HR strategies with the overall business goals.
- Act as an HR Business Partner for respective clusters among the group.
- Be a part of the HRIS implementation project.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2years experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR operations and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
