Delmege Group Unveils Its New Identity
New Logo stands for its Rich Legacy & New Impetus
One of the oldest and leading conglomerates in Sri Lanka, Delmege group recently unveiled its new corporate identity by launching the new logo that represents the rich legacy of the group that has its origins as far back as in 1850. The logo was launched at the recently held “The Delmege Night 2016” in which the most outstanding employees, long serving staff and the Best business units were recognized and rewarded.
The new Logo with an iconic crown on top implies the imperial and incomparable quality of the products, services and solutions that the company offer. It expresses the fact that it is a brand of the first choice and it possesses a rich legacy with a steady track record. It also denotes the new era within which the company operate after taking over by Vallibel One.
Elaborating on the occasion Group Chief Executive Officer Mr Nuwan Wimalana said, “We are happy to enhance DELMEGE logo that has been identified and accepted by the people in Sri Lanka for more than 150 years as a symbol for quality and trust”

At the annual awards ceremony Delmege Lifestyles Cluster with Interior and Building products emerged the best Business Unit while Alcon Division of the Health Care Cluster and, Delmege Shipping grabbed silver and bronze respectively.
Delmege is a house hold name that has established itself over a century and half and mainly known for introducing flagship consumer brands and leading life style as well as industrial products.
Counting 166 years, Delmege group is one of the oldest conglomerates in the country and to introduce many “firsts” from its inception. Later, the company developed as a main stream consumer product marketer and manufacturer.
